We aim to provide a relaxed environment for all brides and we like to afford as much privacy throughout each Brides Journey as possible and will always encourage appointments. Priority will be given to all brides with an appointment. COVID 19 - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY The number of attendees allowed in the Boutique in line with the governments guidelines are The Bride plus maximum 2 adults We regret we cannot accommodate children o We will take your temperature on arrival. Should this be raised, unfortunately we will be unable to continue with the consultation. Staff members temperatures are taken and recorded at the beginning and end of each day to comply with the governments track and trace guidelines. Staff will wear protective equipment during the fitting process and should you require to do the same we will supply these at your request. Hand Gels and disinfectant sprays are in use in the Boutique, each gown will be disinfected after each fitting. Bridesmaids fittings - we can only accommodate 2 of your leading ladies. Additional numbers will be refused. We need to stay compliant to social distancing guidelines until these are relaxed by the government.

IMPORTANT IMFORMATION Thanks for your booking Please make special note of the following prior to your appointment. Maximum number of attendees BRIDE plus 4 STRICTLY NO FALSE TAN OR TINTED MOISTURISER - YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RE-SCHEDULE NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS OLD THE TREATMENT IS. False tan ruins the gowns beyond saleability, so thank you for your understanding. We regret we cannot accommodate children or babies in the Boutique on a Saturday. Bridesmaids - this is a separate fitting area, we ask that you limit your numbers where possible please. Please ensure if you are unable to make the appointment for any reason, or you are delayed, you let us know as soon as possible. We are trying NOT to implement an open charge policy for a Saturday, however, the inconsideration of no shows is pushing us in that direction as we are constantly turning brides away Please help us by being courteous.
