Purchase Agreement and Policy Information

BRIDE 2 BE LANCASHIRE LIMITED

Congratulations on choosing your gown! We are so happy you have chosen Bride 2 Be Lancashire Limited to be part of your wedding journey.

Bride 2 Be will order your choice of dress, gown or bridesmaids dress from the manufacturer. Standard Industry lead times are as follows;

                Wedding Gowns – 4 – 6 Months

                Veils – 4-12 weeks

Bridesmaids Dresses – 4 months – a rush cut service is available at an extra charge from the manufacturer.

Prom Dresses – can take between 3-4 months.

Holy Communion – 3-6 months

 

Once a 50% deposit has been paid, I understand that my gown and accessories will be ordered to allow enough time for it to arrive for my big day.

ESTIMATED time of arrival is based on Bride 2 Be’s knowledge of the designer, time in transit from the designer and assuming that the manufacturer is not running early or late.  In each instance, we are in the hands of the manufacturer and the Boutique has no control over timescales.

The final balance is due within 14 days of receipt into the Boutique or at the point of first fitting, whichever is the soonest.  You will be notified on the day of its arrival.  The gown/dress will not be released for alteration or storage on any other premises other than Bride 2 Be Boutique, until the full balance is paid.  We offer payment plans should you wish to take this option. IMPORTANT  Failure to pay within the agreed timescales will incur an administration charge of £150.00 to cover costs incurred.

STOCK GOWNS- all stock gowns are non refundable or exchangeable.  50% of the cost of the gown must be paid for at the point of reservation.  The remaining 50% is due within 3 months of the reservation date.

Payment plans are available upon request should timescales permit, and a monthly payment can be agreed which will be interest free.

In all instances, should the balance not be paid, (Stock dresses included) Bride 2 Be will seek to recover the full cost of the gown and administration charges incurred. 

Your Gown/Dress remains insured whilst it is in storage at the Boutique.

Refunds: I understand that there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once I choose the style of the Dress/Gown and place my deposit for this order.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ALCOHOL: I Confirm that if I have consumed alcohol during my fitting that this has not affected my judgement, and that I am still capable of making a decision and that I drunk alcohol of my own free will.

Size: I understand that the choice on what size to order is mine.  My measurements were taken by a bridal professional and I agree with how they were taken.  I understand that my measurements are being taken so that I can compare them to the designer’s chart (at point of ordering).  The designer will manufacture my Dress/Gown to an established size pattern, I understand that my measurements will be aligned as closely as is possible to the designers precedent, and I have viewed the relevant chart and agree with the size being ordered.

BRIDE 2 BE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEIGHT LOSSES OR GAINS (childrens growth or maturity) RESULTING IN ADDITIONAL ALTERATIONS.

Alterations: I am aware that the alterations are not included in the price of the gown I’m ordering.  I Understand that alterations are necessary on most gowns even those that have been ordered to custom length for example.  I am also aware that Bride 2 Be does not perform alterations and simply recommends a qualified seamstress for ME to contact.
